Return & Refund Conditions:
Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
Refunds are issued only after the item is returned in its original, unused condition.
A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns.
Outbound shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Sale or discounted items are non-refundable, but may be exchanged for another item of equal value (subject to availability).
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Cancellation:
Orders cannot be canceled once 12 hours have passed after placement, as production begins promptly.
Color Disclaimer:
Actual product color may slightly vary due to lighting, screen resolution, or the natural dyeing process used on leather materials. Leather may also age and change tone subtly over time.
Product Replication:
All our jackets are handcrafted replicas inspired by the images shown. Slight variations in stitching, color, or design may occur, which is part of the uniqueness of every Crafted Cuir piece.
Free Shipping:
We offer free shipping to customers in the USA, UK, Canada, and Australia on orders over $139. A flat $20 shipping fee applies to all other countries. Remote area surcharges or international customs duties are the customer’s responsibility. In case of returns, outbound shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
