Also, they aim to respond to all queries within 24 hours. Please note that we’re unable to accept returns after 30 days.

  • Once your order is placed, our craftsmen start working on making your product, so the order cannot be cancelled after 24 hours of that.
  • After you receive the order, the refund request can be made within 30 days. It can take 15 - 30 days to proceed with the product’s refund.
  • The refund is automatically sent to the account that the customer provides us or the account through which we received the payment for the product.
  • The product can be exchanged within 10 days, but before that, we check the condition of the original product and examine the reason behind the return.
  • Once the order has been placed, you agree to our company terms, and then the order is confirmed.
  • Our company policy does not permit refunds of shipping costs.
  • Once a customer returns the order, we refund the 100% of the product cost that was provided by the customer.
  • We do not accept return or refund requests for products that have been used or even slightly damaged.
  • Lastly, while we don’t charge shipping costs, please be aware that customs policies vary between countries, and it’s your responsibility to manage any applicable customs duties.
