Once your order is placed, our craftsmen start working on making your product, so the order cannot be cancelled after 24 hours of that.
After you receive the order, the refund request can be made within 30 days. It can take 15 - 30 days to proceed with the product’s refund.
The refund is automatically sent to the account that the customer provides us or the account through which we received the payment for the product.
The product can be exchanged within 10 days, but before that, we check the condition of the original product and examine the reason behind the return.
