• Cancellation window: Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, cancellation may not be possible once production or fulfillment begins.

• Return period: Returns and exchanges must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

• Item condition: Products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original tags/packaging.

• If we made a mistake (defective, damaged, or incorrect item): We’ll provide a prepaid return label and offer a replacement or full refund.

• Other returns: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

• Refund timing: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

• What’s refunded: Product price and applicable taxes. Original shipping is non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).

• Exchanges: Available for size or color of equal value (additional shipping may apply).

• Not eligible: Items that are used, washed, or damaged after delivery.
