- Products must be unworn, undamaged, in their original packaging, and include all tags intact.
- Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange.

- If the product does not fit and the issue is reported within the 14-day window, customers may request an exchange.
- If the incorrect size was sent due to an error on our part, we will process a free exchange and cover the return shipping costs.
- If the customer selected the wrong size during the order, an exchange can be arranged, but the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Damaged or Defective Items:

- We will replace the item or issue a full refund, including the return shipping cost, if the issue is verified.

- If a cancellation is requested after production has begun or after the order has been shipped, it will be treated as a return, and return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
