Return and Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:

  • Customers may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving the product.
  • Products must be unworn, undamaged, in their original packaging, and include all tags intact.
  • Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Size Issues:

  • If the product does not fit and the issue is reported within the 14-day window, customers may request an exchange.
  • If the incorrect size was sent due to an error on our part, we will process a free exchange and cover the return shipping costs.
  • If the customer selected the wrong size during the order, an exchange can be arranged, but the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If a product arrives damaged or defective, customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing clear photos of the issue to contact@craftedcuir.com.
  • We will replace the item or issue a full refund, including the return shipping cost, if the issue is verified.

Color Variations:

  • If the product’s color differs significantly from its online representation due to an error, customers may request a replacement or refund.
  • Requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photos.

Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility:

Refunds will be processed if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • A return request is approved within the 14-day return window.

Refund Process:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 21 days after the returned product is received and inspected.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • It may take 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after processing.

Order Cancellation Policy

Cancellations Before Shipment:

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
  • If a cancellation is requested after production has begun or after the order has been shipped, it will be treated as a return, and return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

Shipping Costs for Returns and Exchanges

  • Initial shipping costs are covered by Crafted Cuir for all orders.
  • Return or exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the issue is due to a defect or error on our part.
  • Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable, except for returns due to incorrect or defective items.

Additional Notes

  • Returns will not be accepted for items that are worn, damaged, or missing tags.
  • Refunds and exchanges are not provided if a customer purchases a product simply to test it or due to a change of mind.
  • Customers are responsible for any regional customs fees, duties, or taxes associated with their purchase, as these charges are non-refundable.
